“Hi Support I run the support.greatstate.cloud domain/DNS. This is our internal IT Service Desk (Freshdesk SaaS) service. This issue with Virgin is causing home workers to not be able to access the Service Desk. We've scanned the site and spoken to SaaS provider (Freshdesk). There are no issues/malicious problems on this website. We have to keep getting our users to disable Virgin Media WebSafe settings. Which is not a great solution. If we could look at this as a matter of urgency. That would be fantastic Thanks Tristan Head of IT @ Great State”
