“Hi there. I am the E-commerce manager for The Electronic Cigarette Company, part of the Totally Wicked group. I am requesting that our website be unblocked, as we have been receiving complaints from customers who are unable to access the site and order products. T he BBFC which governs the classification framework states that it does not cover websites such as gambling, alcohol and tobacco. As a vaping website, we also do not fall under the classification framework, and should remain free to access by any who wish to do so. We have robust age verification checks in place, which comply with consumer related legislation. I would appreciate it if you would be able to unblock our business, and allow customers to freely access their accounts to resupply as needed. Kind Regards Richard”
