“There is no reason why it should be blocked. There was an issue nearly a year ago, where a user uploaded a contaminated file, which then meant we got blocked on a couple of systems, but this was resolved quickly, and we were unblock very quickly. VirginMedia does not give us any way to get unblocked and they are giving me no reason. I spent a lot of time on the phone and got a campaign number, but received no callback from all three queries. My concern is that someone may be abusing their position at VirginMedia, and blocking sites to order.”
