“Hi - I'm the Web Development Manager for Rebellion Developments Ltd., who are the current owners of the domain sniper.com. We have recently been using the domain sniper.com for the website of the popular Sniper Elite series of video games , which are rated PEGI 16 in Europe, and the website does not include any content that would exceed that rating. The site appears to currently being blocked /blacklisted by you, but we think that this is not because of the content /nature of the current Sniper Elite website, but instead because it looks like the sniper.com domain was at one time in the past used by a web store (unrelated to us) that sold firearms. This is no longer the case, we only want to use the sniper.com domain to promote our Sniper Elite series of video games and have no connection whatsoever with any store that sells firearms. Please could you review and remove your block on the sniper.com website? NB: because of the problems we have had with the sniper.com URL being blocked, we have had to (temporarily) change the canonical domain of the site to: sniperelitegames.com and instead redirect visitors to sniper.com to this URL, though for visitors who are being blocked from sniper.com, the redirect won't work (only direct links to sniperelitegames.com), as they'll still be blocked. Assuming access to sniper.com is unblocked, we would then like to revert the canonical domain of the site back to sniper.com Regards Paul”
