Many of our learners have been writing to us complaining they are no longer able to finish our courses because their ISP has blocked access. This domain is actively maintained and subdomains are only issued temporarily while a learner is using our platform.”

“Hi Support I run the support.greatstate.cloud domain/DNS. This is our internal IT Service Desk (Freshdesk SaaS) service. This issue with Virgin is causing home workers to not be able to access the Service Desk. We've scanned the site and spoken to SaaS provider (Freshdesk). There are no issues/malicious problems on this website. We have to keep getting our users to disable Virgin Media WebSafe settings. Which is not a great solution.
