“The site has been used to a new server with a new ISP, and cleaned by the web design team so does not have any malware on it. For some reason customers are still reporting their ISP blocking them form accessing the site (such as BT), so I'm trying to resolve the issue without much luck. I'd be grateful of this might help.”
